Author Biography

Kudrat-E- Khuda, Daffodil International University

Dr. Kudrat-E-Khuda (Babu) is an Associate Professor of Law at Daffodil International University, Bangladesh; an International Member at Amnesty International; Climate Activist at Greenpeace International and a Columnist. At the same time he is an Associate Member at the Centre for the Study of Global Human Movement of the University of Cambridge. He served as a Visiting Professor at the Lyceum of the Philippines University and also as Head of the Law Department in several universities in Bangladesh. His articles and book reviews have been published in different journals along with the journals of Oxford University and Cambridge University Press. His has had two books published, Company Law with Bangladesh Context, in Germany, and Know the Law—Obey the Law, in Bangladesh. He is the member of the editorial boards of nine refereed, peer-reviewed, and Scopus indexed law journals from Bangladesh, India, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the USA.
